Can I have a pet with me ?
Yes, all of our locations are pet friendly!
Do you have disability access?
All lodges are tailored to the needs of each customer. If you require hand rails, ramps or any other access equipment please
let us know and we will be happy to provide whatever is needed.
What utility supplies are there?
The park homes use propane gas and are supplied with electricity and water. To find out about the utility bills for the park of
your choice please contact us.
Do the park homes have gardens?
Every park home has a fully landscaped area with full brick skirt and brick steps.
Is the ground rent a fixed cost?
The ground rent increases in line with the current rate of inflation. For more information, please get in touch.
Is there space for my car?
Every park home has a driveway with space for 2 cars.
Is it possible to have a garage or garden shed with my park home?
Depending on the size of the plot, this is a possibility. We do have plots large enough for garages and garden sheds.
How much security is in place?
• CCTV is in operation on the park at all times for your safety. The parks either have gates with number plate recognition or
a manned gate house. Please contact us for more specific information should you wish to do so..
What are the office opening hours?
On both sites there are offices open 7 days a week during office hours. Please contact us for all enquiries or to arrange a
viewing.
